Here is an opportunity to apply for the 2024 fully funded internship at West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) focused on technology.

If you have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields, you can apply. The internship will take place in Nigeria or Ghana.

The internship, supported by the Ford Foundation, runs from August 2024 to January 2025 for 6 months. It aims to train young graduates and civil society members interested in using technology for social impact.

WACSI is looking for 3 interns who want to gain experience in using technology to support social causes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields.

- Interest in civil society and WACSI's goals.

- Good technical, writing, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of cloud computing tools and digital marketing.

- Ability to use data analysis tools confidently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in diverse teams.

- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
