JAMB has disclosed reasons why some candidates UTME results may not be released. This was disclosed on JAMB Twitter handle (now X) on Monday.
According to JAMB, some of the reasons that can lead to a candidate’s result being withheld include malpractice, misconduct, breach of procedural processes, and incomplete review of centre. JAMB however urged candidates to check their results properly.
In their words, "We have released results for this batch. There are many factors that can lead to a result being withheld. It could be as a result of examination malpractice, the candidate’s inability to conduct himself or herself properly, a breach in procedural process or a review of the centre.”
At the moment, candidate can only check their results via SMS to 55019.
