Try sending a simple text message on phone through the network provider used in registering for JAMB, you can try requesting for browsing configuration as an example, if you do receive any SMS reply, then you will have to call the customer service.

Or better yet, you can wait for the online JAMB result portal to be activated, this is the only alternative method. Maybe visiting authorized CBT centers can help you with the issue, I don't know.
