If you link wrong email to your registered JAMB account, can you correct it?
If you've accidentally linked the wrong email to your JAMB account, don't panic – you may still have options to correct the mistake.
First thing you will need to do is to check for correction options. Start by checking the JAMB portal to see if there are any options available for correcting or updating your email address. Look for sections related to profile settings or personal information, where you may find options to edit your email details.
If you're unable to find a correction option on the JAMB portal, consider reaching out to JAMB support for assistance. You can contact them via email, phone, or through their official website. Provide them with details about the incorrect email linked to your account and request guidance on how to correct it.
When contacting JAMB support, be prepared to provide any necessary information to verify your identity and account ownership. This may include your JAMB registration number, full name, date of birth, and other relevant details. Once you've submitted a request to correct the wrongly linked email, verify that the correction has been made by checking your JAMB account. Look for confirmation messages or updated email details to confirm that the correction was successful.
Yes, you can correct a wrongly linked email to your jamb account on jamb portal, and it's a must in case when you want to go for NYSC. However, nothing concern JAMB email with NYSC. Just have your admission letter and original jamb result and you're good. You can go to an accredited CBT center with just your registration number.
However, there's no provision for correcting wrong email for now. Just go to an accredited CBT center with just your registration number and do whatever you want to do.
