Well, while some say no public universities will except 200 JAMB score for medicine even nursing, however everything should depend on each year cut off mark for the course, aptitude test score and first choice university choosing.
I know some universities like Bayelsa Medical University will accept. Bayelsa Medical University will accept, just buy UTME form early.
If the person can afford the amount of fees, private university would accept also depending on the location the person want. Some private universities like:
* Idahosa university
* Igbenedion
* Delta State University
* Novena University
Maybe private universities, but that fact is no universities will give you MBBS with 200 cutoff mark. Most MBBS cut off point start from 250 above. No pubic university will accept 200 aggregate for medicine. Except the person is willing to gear up and smash Post UTME exam, if not, they should focus on private universities.
Mention some private schools that accepts that for Post UTME?
Private schools doesn't require Post utme I guess. You should look for private universities that MBBS is accredited. Most school don't do post utme exams again
Some public schools that accepts that for Post UTME:
* Funai
* Unizik
* UNN
Unical I guess too, but the person must target above 350. Some federal universities still do.

1. Elrazi University is New in Kano and the only private Medical University in the Northwest.
2. University of Medical Sciences Ondo State, but you must score like 90 for Post UTME and be ready to pay the 2.2m school fees.

But you must score 80 and above in Post Utme to have a chance of being considered for admission.
