1. Search and create a list of all public/government universities of Australia.
2. Go to their website one by one.
3. Read eligibility criteria for PhD regarding your concerned school/department/decipline.
4. Read about available scholarships.
5. Check the criteria to secure scholarship (some unis require publications, some give weightage to academic excellence in previous studies, while some offer scholarship on specific projects)
6. Look for RTP offering universities and repeat the above (5) points.
7. If you think you qualify for the 6 points then, search and contact potential supervisors
8. Get consent of supervisors and Apply in the competitive round
9. If your application is successful then complete your PhD if not repeat these 9 points.
