Timendu Aghahowa - she is more of a script writer, an editor with writing credits on the Africa Magic shows; Tinsel (2014 – 2018), Hush (2016), Hustle (2016), and Jemeji (2017).
She was part of the writers' room for MTV’s Shuga Season 6 and the web series 'Man of Her Dreams' and 'Backseat' on Bukafedgeeks; and 'Just Friends' on Accelerate Plus.
Timendu was also a Script Editor for the first two seasons of the Africa Magic legal show E.V.E.; the 260-episode telenovela ‘Enakhe’ and also on Africa's longest running soap, Tinsel.
Timendu Aghahowa has been a voracious reader since she was four years old and started writing professionally after a very short stint in stockbroking. Her story ‘Three Birds and A Nest’ was one of the fifteen finalists in Farafina’s New African Writing Contest in 2012. She was also a participant of the 2013 Farafina Trust Creative Writing Workshop.
Her debut novel, The Bishop's Prodigal Daughter, is set to be released soon and she is currently the Script Editor on an upcoming 130-episode telenovela.
Timendu loves cake, brightly coloured hair, listening to music and constantly courts financial ruin with her book buying habit. She lives in Lagos with her husband and two children.

She is a TV writer and hopes to one day add screenwriter of blockbuster movie to her resume.
